‘Jarvis Said I Should Varnish For Now’ – Peller
Popular Nigerian TikToker, Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has confirmed his breakup with his girlfriend and content creator, Jarvis.
Naija News reports that this comes barely two weeks after Peller was involved in a deliberate car accident to end his life over breakup threats from Jarvis.
He was hospitalised and later arrested by the authority “in accordance with extant traffic laws.”
However, speaking during a TikTok livestream on Thursday, January 1, 2026, Peller announced that he and Jarvis are just friends and pleaded with netizens not to bully anyone.
Peller added that he also apologised to Jarvis’ family, and they have forgiven him, but his ex-girlfriend requested that they give each other space.
He said, “Jarvis and I have officially breakup. For now we’re just friends. We kindly ask everyone to respect our decisions. She’s my friend now, please don’t bully anybody.
“I have spoken with her family. I have begged her family to please forgive me. Her family was angry but they latter forgive me. We’re still friends but she said I should just varnish for now.”
Meanwhile, Peller recently apologised to Nigerians after a car crash on the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
In a post via Instagram, Peller expressed remorse over the issue and apologised to Nigerians and his fans.
He admitted that the pressure of his personal life, coupled with the pain of his recent separation, led to a lapse in judgment that nearly cost him his life.
Peller also urged the public to stop bullying Jarvis, adding that the whole issue is not about her.
